"Al Desko" Dining Can Help Make Eating Clean Easier!

Supply your desk with healthy, nutrient rich, portable foods like packages of almonds and dried fruit, fresh fruit, low sodium jerky and even pre-seasoned tuna in a bag. These types of food are easy to eat and will keep you feeling full so that you won't be so famished that you make a BAD decision later. And as always, keep plently of water nearby to not only prevent dehydration but also to help keep your stomach full. With a little planning you can make eating "clean" a lot easier.
